Once your pre-appraisal supports a seller credit, use the verbiage below in your MLS description. It clearly states the credit, protects the buyer's choice, and routes qualification to the Mazzo Group.
"This property qualifies for a seller credit of $20,000 towards buyer's closing costs or interest rate buydowns. Buyer is not obligated to use The Mazzo Group with CrossCountry Mortgage to have offer accepted however must use The Mazzo Group to qualify for the credit."
