Why i do Events The Real Reason

Let me be brutally honest about something: when I started hosting events, I did it because I was broke and it was the only marketing strategy I could afford. I couldn’t buy ads. I couldn’t hire a social media team. I couldn’t send 10,000 mailers. But I could book a conference room at a hotel, put together a presentation on market conditions, order lunch for 15 people, and show up with something valuable to offer. That’s all I had. So that’s what I did.

What I discovered — accidentally, honestly — is that events are the most powerful business development tool in real estate. Not because they generate leads. Because they generate trust. And trust is the only currency that compounds forever.
